Last updated: March 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeleVerify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TeleVerify provides automated telehealth compliance verification, including real-time patient location verification, provider license cross-referencing, and timestamped audit trail generation. The Service is designed to help healthcare providers and organizations maintain compliance with state licensing requirements for cross-state telehealth sessions.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing provider access within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to telehealth compliance verification. You shall not:

• Use the Service to circumvent healthcare licensing requirements
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. Important Disclaimers

Not Legal Advice: TeleVerify is a compliance tool, not a legal service. The Service does not constitute legal advice regarding telehealth regulations, licensing requirements, or compliance obligations. You should consult with a qualified healthcare attorney for legal guidance specific to your practice.

Verification Limitations: Location verification is based on available technology (IP geolocation, GPS, self-report) and may have accuracy limitations. Confidence scores are provided to help you assess verification reliability. TeleVerify does not guarantee the accuracy of location data.

Regulatory Changes: Telehealth regulations vary by state and change frequently. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain current license and compact data, you are responsible for staying informed about regulations applicable to your practice.

6. Pricing and Payment

During the pilot period, the Service is offered free of charge. Future pricing will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to introduce or modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. Compliance records and audit trails generated by the Service belong to your organization. We retain a limited license to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleVerify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your compliance records within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
