01

Verify in seconds

Share a link. Patient clicks, grants location. Compliant or Non-Compliant returns in about two seconds.

02

Non-compliant? Your call.

Continue with an emergency or existing-patient exception. Or discontinue cleanly. Both preserve full audit trail.

03

Audit-defensible records

Every session gets a signed Compliance Verification Record with SHA-256 integrity check.

Beyond the demo

Web sessions are one of four ways to run a check.

The video above shows a Web Session — the standalone workflow that works on any device without a video platform. TeleVerify also runs natively inside the platforms you already use, and covers audio-only phone visits too.

Web Session

Shown

Standalone from your dashboard. Works on any device. No video platform required.

Phone Session

Live

For audio-only visits. Patient gets a verification link via SMS — grants location on their phone, same verdict flow.

Zoom Panel

Live

Marketplace-approved sidebar app inside Zoom. Runs the compliance check automatically when your meeting starts — no separate link.

Chrome Extension

Live

Works with Doxy.me, SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and Jane App. Integrated panel appears alongside your session — same verdict, no workflow change.

All four methods produce the same signed Compliance Verification Record. Pick whichever fits how you already work.

Quick answers

Common questions.

How does TeleVerify know where the patient is?

The patient clicks the session link, which asks the browser for their current location. If they grant GPS, we get high-confidence coordinates. If they deny GPS, we fall back to IP geolocation with lower confidence flagged on the record. Either way, the resolved state (not the exact address) is what feeds the compliance decision, and everything gets logged in the CVR.

What if a session is Non-Compliant?

TeleVerify never blocks you. On a Non-Compliant result you get two options: Continue with a documented exception (emergency, existing patient, or similar carve-out) or Discontinue to end the session cleanly. Discontinued sessions are tracked separately and don't count against your compliance rate. Both paths preserve the full audit trail.

What licenses and compacts do you track?

Every state license from NPPES (Type-1 individual providers), plus all eleven interstate compacts: PSYPACT, IMLC, Nurse Licensure Compact, Counseling Compact, Social Work Compact (ASWB), PT Compact, OT Compact, Audiology/SLP Compact, PA Compact, APRN Compact, and Dietitians Compact. Plus state-specific telehealth registrations for states that have them.

Is the Compliance Verification Record actually tamper-proof?

Yes. Each finalized record is hashed with SHA-256 over a canonical JSON representation (RFC 8785) of the provider snapshot, location evidence, and compliance determination at session time. Any change to any field after finalization changes the hash. When you view the record, it re-hashes and displays VERIFIED or TAMPERED so you can confirm integrity at any time.

Does this share compliance data with regulators or insurers?

No. TeleVerify is a tool for the provider. Your compliance data is private — never shared with licensing boards, insurers, or anyone else. What you do with a verdict is always your call.
